Brewing:
Hot: 1 tsp per 8 oz · 175°F (not boiling) · 3–7 min
Iced: Brew strong (1 heaping tsp, 6–7 oz hot water, 5 min).
Strain over a 12 oz glass of ice. Sweeten or garnish as you like.
How Our Decaf Is Made
Our decaf teas are processed using the CO₂ method, which removes caffeine without chemical solvents. Naturally occurring CO₂ is circulated under carefully controlled pressure and temperature to extract the caffeine while preserving the tea’s original character. The result is a clean, uncompromised cup with no chemical overtones — just smooth, bright flavor from start to finish.
